Ha, that's awesome. I can't believe John had been there that long. He definitely said it had been six months since he came from LA when I was there, though that was about a year ago. You've got a great blog, I'm glad somebody is exposing this shady business they've got going on.

As a follow up, I had a meeting at Dynasty a few weeks ago. I showed them my pictures that Richard took and they said they were "amateur". That doesn't surprise me.

Also, I just remembered a funny little story. When I met with Karon last year I mentioned Boston Casting and she said "Oh yeah we do a lot of work with them. I've actually got a call with Angela Peri this afternoon." A few months later I was dropping my headshot, comp card, and VO demo off to Boston Casting. I was talking to one of the girls and said I had my pictures taken through Karon Shea. Her demeanor almost got a little awkward as she said "yeah, we don't do much work with her any more." I didn't think much of it at the time, but now it makes a lot more sense. I really wish I didn't spend $800 on those damn Richard Bertone photos.

As a side note, Dynasty wants me to get new pictures taken. They at least gave me a few options for photographers but said that it would cost around $400 for the shoot. They said it would be about another $400 for the "marketing fee" and to have 100 comp cards printed. Do you have any dirt on them? I feel like they're pretty legit, but I don't want to spend $800 again.

Keep up the good work,
